Grievance Officer & Data Protection
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, ZeroCarbon has appointed a dedicated Grievance Officer to address user concerns.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt. We aim to resolve all grievances within 15 days (or 30 days depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with applicable statutory laws).
When to contact the Grievance Officer?
- If you discover discrepancies or unauthorized access to your carbon ledger data.
- To exercise your Right to Erasure, Right to Correction, or Right to Access under DPDP / GDPR.
- If you believe your personal or corporate data has been processed without your consent.
- To report security vulnerabilities or technical issues affecting platform integrity.
- Any other concerns regarding our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.

To help us resolve your grievance quickly, please provide the following information when contacting support@zerocarbon.org:
- Your full name and your company's registered name on ZeroCarbon.
- A clear description of your grievance or the specific data right you wish to exercise.
- Any supporting evidence, screenshots, or relevant timestamps.
